Financial
Page International is registered as a Limited
Company in Hong Kong,Belize
and The British Virgin Islands under the company name of Financial
Page International
Ltd.
Financial
Page International acts
under an Agency Agreement on behalf of Clients in the form of
advising and arranging
investments. Financial Page International are
never the owners of the investments that Clients take out, just
the Advisory Company.
All
investments/accounts will be registered in the name of the client
unless otherwise instructed in writing.
Financial
Page International or
any staff working for Financial Page International
are under no circumstances licensed
to accept cash in lieu of any investment on behalf of a Client.
Financial
Page International derive income from an Introducer’s
Fee that is paid by the Product Provider in the form
of a Commission. Introducer’s Fees will vary depending
on the type of insurance, investment, bank/savings account
or collective investment scheme.
We
are authorised as an Intermediary to advise upon and recommend
products in: life insurance and retirement products, collective
investments, savings plans or schemes, investment trusts, bank
accounts, recognizable funds and last wills & testaments.
Under
no circumstances will Financial Page International advise
a potential or existing client to act upon our recommendations
without the potential Client or Client completing an Investor
Profile Questionnaire.
Where
possible, we require clients to give instructions in writing
to avoid possible disputes. We will accept fax instructions
provided that the original instruction is to follow. Authority
to act on behalf of a client may be terminated at anytime by
either side without penalty provided it is in writing.
At
any time, Clients or their Appointed Agents may inspect any
documentation either physical or electronic held by us, which
relate to their own investments/financial affairs. All Client
records are maintained in physically secure locations that are
theft, fire and water-proof.
Financial
Page International will
retain records of all business transactions for a period of
10 years. After 10 years,
these records are offered to the Client to whom they relate
and if no longer required, will be destroyed in the form
of shredding.
All
contract notes, shareholding certificates, insurance policies,
account documents and policy schedules will be delivered
by Financial Page International to the Client
as soon as they are received. These documents will be delivered
by hand of The Advisor and a receipt-note signed by the client
in acknowledgement of receipt.
In
the unique event of any form of ‘conflict of interest’
arising from the advice we are giving, between Financial
Page
International and the Client, we will notify the Client
in writing immediately and suspend any further action on the
part of Financial Page International until
consent of the Client has been obtained in writing.
In
the event of specific Consultancy work whereby Financial
Page International proposes to make a charge for our
services, an agreement will be made in writing with the Client
before any bill-able work is undertaken.
